All municipalities in the Island of Mindanao and all the various islands and islets within the immediate periphery of said island of Mindanao including that of the island city of Basilanand of the various islands which comprise the Sulu Archipelago and such other places where said pest maby known to exist shall be considered as formally declared infested with this pest and under quarantine.
