This Philippine National Standard on Pork Cuts was prepared by the Technical Working
Group (TWG) of the Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Product Standards (BAFPS)
created per Special Order No. 14 series of 2005 dated 11 January 2005. This standard is
still subject for approval and adoption as Philippine National Standard by the Bureau of
Product Standards (BPS-DTI).
